Louise O Donnell Ltd - About us

The company was founded in 2011 by Louise O'Donnell.

It was originally set up by Louise following a long career as an Executive Assistant supporting both Private Households and Corporate Clients. This experience means we have an in-depth understanding of the EA and PA role, and are well placed to advise clients as they add to their teams, as well as candidates as they develop their careers.

Josephine, joined the business in 2017 following a career within the Financial sector and three years of Executive Search experience. Her extensive Financial Services background means she has a wealth of experience to leverage and this, coupled together with her search background, means she is well placed to advise our institutional client base.

Whilst we focus on full-time roles, our philosophy is also to provide as much support as possible to candidates who are returning to work following a career break or after having children. We strongly believe that a career does not need to end with motherhood, and that there is a huge amount of untapped talent out there just waiting for the right, flexible, role.
